The Four Food Groups
this was my dinner tonight.
Includes: Chicken nuggets, a carrot, cinnamon apple sauce, and chocolate milk.
I took a picture of it because it seemed to me that it had all four food groups perfectly represented, but then I remembered that fruits and veggies are usually grouped together, and “grains and cereals” has its own group. [...]
